Membership fee Refund Policy

Thank you for becoming a Team member at LIFE-To & Beyond. We aim to provide you with exceptional benefits throughout your membership term. However, we understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund. This refund policy outlines the terms and conditions governing refund requests for our Team Membership fee. Please read this policy carefully before making a request.  

NOTE: Membership Application or Termination can only be done during 1st week of every month. 

 

1. Refund Eligibility: 

1.1. New Members: If you are a new member, you are eligible for a full refund within 7-14 days from the date of leave from the Team task, provided you will not be entitled to any of the benefits of being a Team member included in the membership plan during that term. 

1.2. Renewing Members: Renewing members are eligible for a refund within 7-14 days from the date of leave from the Team task, provided you will not be entitled to any of the benefits of being a Team member included in the membership plan during that renewal term. 

2. Non-Refundable: 

2.1. Service Utilization: Any portion of the membership plan that has been used, accessed, or utilized will not be eligible for a refund. In simple terms, if you have been a member  of the Team task force for even a day of a month the fee for that month shall not be refunded and the fee for the rest of the months (if paid in advance) shall be refunded within 7-14 days from the date of leave from the Team task. 

3. Refund Process: 

3.1. Initiation of Refund: To initiate a refund request, please contact our Finance Officer Mr. Darshan Deshpande through darshandeshpande@lifetoandbeyond.org. You must provide your full name, membership plan details, and the reason for the refund request. 

3.2. Refund Review: Once we receive your refund request, we will review it to determine if it meets the eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the conditions outlined in this policy are not met. 

3.3. Refund Notification: You will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund request within 7-14 business days after we receive your request. If approved, the refund will be processed accordingly. 

4. Processing Time: 

4.1. Credit Card/Payment Gateway: Refunds processed through credit cards or payment gateways may take 7-14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time. 

4.2. Other Payment Methods: Refunds made through other payment methods will be processed as per their respective terms and timelines. 

5. Membership Cancellation: 

5.1. Membership Termination: If you wish to cancel your membership instead of requesting a refund, you can do so preferably in the 1st week of any month. However, the cancellation will be effective from the date of your request, and no pro-rated refund will be provided for the unused portion of the membership. 

6. Policy Updates: 

6.1. We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. The updated policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. 

By opting for our Team Membership plan, you agree to abide by this refund policy and any modifications made to it.
